Leadership
Teresa Collins
CEO/President
Teresa Collins took leadership of Patrick Enterprises in 2022, with a strong growth mindset. She is focused on supporting our customers’ missions and building and supporting the team and culture. Collins first joined Patrick Enterprises in 1994 as an accountant and later was promoted to Controller, serving in that position for the next 10 years. Her insights on building community and industry outreach are building a solid platform for continued growth in capabilities and opportunities.
Ray Martin
Chief Operating Officer
Ray Martin joined Patrick Enterprises in 1993 as a process engineer and has held a variety of increasingly responsible positions, including sales manager, vice president of operations and now Chief Operating Officer. He serves as an expert mentor and problem solver for Patrick’s production teams. His leadership skills are appreciated among employees and customers. His dedication to customer service and excellence support every department.
Mike Purdue
Production Manager
Mike Purdue began as a machinist with Patrick Enterprises nearly thirty years ago. Today, he is Patrick Enterprises’ Production Manager. Mike has extensive knowledge of our machines and processes. He ensures all orders are on the floor and moving in a timely manner.
Nathan Jones
Quality Control
Nathan joined Patrick Enterprises as a machinist in 2017, where his eye for detail led to his current position as the company’s Quality Control expert. He manages all incoming and outgoing actions, pre-production approval processes, internal pre-works, and internal rejections. His personal mission is to hold us to our own high standards for quality and customer service.

We are located in beautiful Giles County, Virginia conveniently off US Route 460, between Interstate 81 and Interstate 77. We are ideally located within a day’s drive of nearly 40% of the U.S. markets.
We’re only 20 minutes from Blacksburg, Virginia, and 30 minutes from Princeton, West Virginia.
